- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in conversations and activities
- Prepare nutritious meals and help with light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to the care team
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any incidents or concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Adapt to clients' individual needs and preferences, promoting their independence and dignity
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies or unexpected situations
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance care skills and knowledge
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, understanding, and ability to work with diverse personalities and needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as required.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to care standards
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and remain calm under pressure
- Full training is given regardless of experience.
- We pay between £13.00 to £28.00 a hour.
- Paid Travel and Waiting time between client visits
- Paid mileage, with payments matched to current fuel prices.
- Paid on-boarding training and ongoing training including CPR and Dementia training. Free qualifications such as The Care Certificate, NVQ diplomas.

- Regular working pattern with 1- hour minimum visits to regular clients.
