- Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 17:00 (some flexibility required)
- Basic salary- £45,000 (ATA qualified could earn more)

- Inspect and assess damaged vehicles, calculating repair costs and timescales
- Identify the correct repair methodology using Audatex/Thatcham Escribe
- Prepare accurate electronic and manual estimates for insurer approval
- Liaise with insurance companies, customers, and engineers to authorise repairs
- Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality repair methods
- Produce workshop job schedules, liaise with workshop staff, and keep customers updated
- Work closely with parts suppliers to ensure timely and accurate orders
- Audatex experience is highly desirable
- ATA, NVQ Level 3, or City & Guilds qualifications preferred - time-served assessors considered
- Strong background in a Bodyshop environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume repair setting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Competence with Bodyshop management systems
- UK/EU Driving Licence required
- A hands-on, team-player attitude and customer-focused mindset
