- Managing lead times and monitoring supplier performance.
- Sourcing new suppliers and managing the supplier on boarding process.
- Meeting with suppliers to resolve performance issues.
- Previous purchasing experience gained in a engineering or manufacturing or equivalent environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical with an aptitude for figures.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
