Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm - with an early finish on Friday! (flexible where required)
Hybrid working - Friday WFH
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 - dependent on candidate experienceDaily Duties Include:
- Own and manage responsibilities supporting multiple recruitment projects across various sectors
- Track budgets, monitor risks, and manage project assets
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and events with candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate records and databases to track progress
- Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and candidates
- Support the creation of project plans and timelines
- Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive mindset
- Confident communicator - both written and verbal
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a recruitment, sales environment within a coordination or administration role
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
- Team player with initiative and independence
