We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter /Waitress to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities: * Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests.
- Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices.
- Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments.
- Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.
- Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences.
- Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly, professionally and refer them to the line manager, if necessary.
- Leaving Cert level education or above
- NVQ qualification or equivalent
- Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Hands on and proactive approach
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent time management
