Corporate ParalegalSalary Up To £48,000pa + BenefitsLondon Office - Hybrid WorkingPermanent OR 12m Fixed-Term ContractMy client, a well-known and award-winning law firm with a focus on Corporate Law, is actively recruiting for someone to join them in their London office on either a permanent or 12m FTC basis - working as their new Corporate Paralegal.You'll be the sole Paralegal in the team - focusing on areas such;- Equity Capital Markets- Mergers & Acquisitions- Private Equity- Venture CapitalAs the successful Corporate Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:- Supporting transactions (preparing documents for share and asset sales)- Drafting and reviewing standard documents- Assisting with due diligence- Preparing completion bibles and dead documentation/bundles- Filing forms and documents with Companies House- Conducting legal research- Liaising with clients on a regular basis+ much more.To be considered for this position, you'll need to have/be the following:- Be an experienced 'Corporate Paralegal', or a Future Trainee (12m's availability and Corporate Paralegal experience)- Be educated to a degree level (LLB/GDL and LPC/SQE1)- Have a high level of attention to detail- Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basisAs with all Paralegal roles - Training Contracts are never guaranteed, however, you are encouraged to apply internally when the opportunity comes up.
