- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Utilise CRM software to manage leads, track activities, and report on progress.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through the sales cycle.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
- Fluency in Dutch.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools is desirable but not essential.
