- Managing elite SME client accounts with expertise, ensuring outstanding service and compliance.
- Preparing policy documentation for clients.
- Liaising with key stakeholders, from clients to internal teams, to deliver high-value solutions.
- Supporting other department professionals with complex client relations.
- Navigating the regulatory landscape with confidence, maintaining excellence in every interaction.
- Consistent learning of the financial institutions sector.
- Degree educated, achieving a 2:1 or above with a passion for developing a long-term career in the financial services sector.
- 2+ years' experience in a regulated environment (insurance, legal, wealth management, financial services, or similar)
- Corporate insurance expertise
- A high intellect, strong problem-solving abilities, and an analytical mindset.
- A proactive approach, with impeccable attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
