- Support the non-conformance process and take part in corrective actions.
- Visually inspect finished goods to ensure they meet customer expectations.
- Help maintain the quality standards VACGEN is known for worldwide.
- Collaborate with different teams to improve product quality from the ground up.
- Update KPI’s and metrics to drive continuous quality improvement.
- Has a genuine interest in engineering, quality, or manufacturing.
- Is keen to learn how to use measuring tools and understand technical drawings.
- Has great attention to detail and enjoys problem-solving.
- Is reliable, organised, and eager to develop a long-term career in quality.
- A relevant qualification (or working towards one) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a similar discipline.
- An understanding of quality standards like ISO 9001 (but this is not essential – we’ll train you!).
- Any hands-on experience from education, hobbies, work experience, or previous roles.
