We are a global brand that is expanding our reach and impact in exciting ways.We're looking for a Paid Social Content Lead to help take our paid social content to the next level, focusing on developing our paid social content strategy and working closely with both the Brand and Growth teams to ensure we're producing best-in-class, brand elevating ads to acquire new customers. Under the guidance of our Senior Social Media Manager, you will deploy best in class, social-first content to scale our paid social channels while maintaining a clear and engaging brand POV. This is a critical role with important cross-functional impact and an incredible opportunity for the right set of experience, skillset and mindset.What you'll doLead Paid Social Conception, Production & Execution:● Develop best in class, channel native paid social ad concepts● Manage content calendar and reporting, optimising for performance and brand elevation under the guidance of Senior Social Media manager● Implement test and learns as well as best practices to optimise to internal KPIs for a CAC-based budget● Ideate, brief, produce and execute channel specific content on a bi-weekly basis, jumping on industry trends and supporting key marketing moments● Ensure content supports storytelling across key brand pillars, including sustainability, quality & craftsmanship and design● Self shoot and edit content on a planned and adhoc basis to fulfil needs of content calendars● Apply key learnings from content performance in weekly reporting meetings and update briefs and content shoots accordingly● Support creative brand team on an ad-hoc basis with low-lift graphic design edits or needsWhat you'll bring● Experience scaling paid social media platforms (Meta and Instagram) for a relevant fashion and lifestyle brand● Content obsessed with a pulse on the zeitgeist; possess in depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter) and influencer marketing● Experience ideating, briefing, and capturing social-first content (video and still)● Experience working at a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment where you've had to be a scrappy self-starter with a focus on iteration and pragmatism● A creative approach with a growth mindset, comfortable surfacing your own failures to drive learnings, knowing when to pivot, knowing when to persevere● Strong aptitude for synthesising data into comprehensive strategies and creative tactics.
