They are seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.They are seeking a Facilities Manager to work on their team with experience within FMCG or similar food processing work environment.Your objective will be to act as site contact for internal and external customers, addressing site concerns and supporting operations departments. Identify cost reduction opportunities within contracts and manage all site services to implement best practices.Responsibilities will include:-Agree SLAs with partners and drive performance improvement.
-Provide timely reports, review metrics with leads, and share information.
-Maintain service quality and meet company standards.
-Ensure contract activities meet SLA agreements.
-Provide technical support in crisis management.
-Lead Legionella control and reporting.
-Report to Engineering Manager and manage a Facilities Engineer.
-Build relationships with customer groups and support improvement initiatives.
-Develop supplier relationships and manage facility spend.
-Plan for 1-3 years and track metrics over a 1-year PDCA cycle.Requirements:
  • Experience of leading teams to meet targets in engineering.
  • Experience of implementing revenue and capital improvement projects.
  • Experience of developing positive internal and supplier relationships.
  • Self-motivated team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in supplier relation management.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management is preferred.
