-Provide timely reports, review metrics with leads, and share information.
-Maintain service quality and meet company standards.
-Ensure contract activities meet SLA agreements.
-Provide technical support in crisis management.
-Lead Legionella control and reporting.
-Report to Engineering Manager and manage a Facilities Engineer.
-Build relationships with customer groups and support improvement initiatives.
-Develop supplier relationships and manage facility spend.
-Plan for 1-3 years and track metrics over a 1-year PDCA cycle.Requirements:
- Experience of leading teams to meet targets in engineering.
- Experience of implementing revenue and capital improvement projects.
- Experience of developing positive internal and supplier relationships.
- Self-motivated team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in supplier relation management.
- Proficiency in Excel for data management is preferred.
