- Define the product roadmap for a new data-driven platform that underpins advisory and insight services.
- Shape platform architecture and technology choices in collaboration with the HofP and tech leads.
- Build infrastructure to ingest, process, store and deliver data from multiple sources.
- Translate business requirements into product features and technical specifications.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g. research, trading, sales) to ensure platform capabilities meet user needs.
- Prioritise and manage development backlog, leading the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.
- Design and oversee integration with external data sources, APIs, and internal databases.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement data models, analytical tools, dashboards, and API services.
- Ensure the platform supports self-service data exploration, real-time insight delivery, and robust reporting.
- Implement best practices in data governance, quality, privacy, and compliance (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Monitor product usage and platform performance using observability tools and analytics.
- Apply data driven insights to inform feature development and improve user experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or technical product delivery, with a focus on data platforms (or SaaS type environments)
- Demonstrated experience taking a digital product from zero to one
- Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms
- Proven ability to translate technical details into strategic decisions and business value
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with carbon markets, financial instruments, or environmental data
- Experience working in high growth or early stage product environments
