Company DescriptionThis is a 6-month Day Rate Contract Role (Inside IR35).We are seeking an experienced Mid/Senior Developer for an initial 6 month contract assignment (highly likely to extend).The ideal candidate will be a part of a large Customer digital experience programme of projects which has been running since January 2024 with most development happing in the past 6 monthsThe role can be carried out in hybrid working model of 2/3 days per week on site either in Warrington or York and the rest remote.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include:

Enabling transition from Project to Product Management.
Embedding disciplined code promotion process
Improving code quality
Improving observability of app
Advise around best practices to follow regarding development.

QualificationsEssential:

Experience of JavaScript, typescript, next.js and node.js
Experience of Git flow development approach
Experience of developing for:

Azure Function Apps
Cosmos DB
Service Bus
Azure API management
Static Web Apps.
Experience of Git Hub Enterprise Managed Users
Experience of developing apps for hosting in Azure
Experience working in Scrum teams
Event Driven architectures
Good standard of markdown documentation.
