We're looking for a Residential Property Manager to join a well-established independent property company with over 60 years of experience in the London market. Based minutes from Oxford Circus, you'll be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplined team managing a diverse portfolio across central and west London.The Role
You'll be responsible for ensuring that landlords' investments are well-maintained, compliant, and delivering the best possible service. Day-to-day, you'll:
- Manage, inspect, and maintain a residential portfolio across London
- Ensure compliance with Gas Safety, EICR, HHSRS checks and arrange works when required
- Carry out regular property inspections and issue detailed reports
- Update tenancy and property records using systems such as CFP, Reapit, Fixflo, and TDS
- Manage end-of-tenancy deposit releases, including handling disputes through TDS
- Keep accurate records of keys and property access
- Minimum 12 months' residential property management experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail with written and spoken English to a high standard
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- ARLA qualification (or the ambition to achieve Level 3) would be a plus
- Experience using CFP, Fixflo, or Reapit also beneficial
- Salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
