​Key Role Responsibilities:As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be an integral member of the Management Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Effectively managing the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives.
  • all data available, to make swift, decisive and effective decisions to guide the team appropriately and deliver the most appropriate outcome within your business area.
  • Maintaining a consultative and supporting working environment for employees within your business area.

  • Previous relevant experience required
  • ​ Previous motor industry experience required
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer facing experience required
  • Good attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence required
