The team is dedicated to optimizing processes, using technology, and continuously improving the Associate experience.This is a key role to the HRSS team and works with minimal supervision to provide our T Rowe Price associates with the best experience. The Associate has high attention to detail and an inquisitive attitude, with experience of implementing efficiencies and automation with the aid of AI tools.Job Responsibilities:Respond to HR Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for Associate inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to questions about HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Process HR Transactions and Data Management: Accurately and efficiently process HR transactions, such as onboarding, offboarding, job changes, benefits administration, and HR system updates.Support HR Systems and Technology: Work with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) for data entry and troubleshootingIdentify and Implement Process Improvements: Analyze existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement and automation, and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.Data led Decision Making: Assist in gathering data and conducting preliminary analyses to contribute to predictions about the effectiveness of programs. With supervision, use data to make decisions and identify opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.Ensure Compliance and Data Integrity: Conduct audits of HR transactions and Associate records, ensuring adherence to company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.Collaborate and Partner: Work closely with other HR teams (e.g., Payroll, Compensation, HR Business Partners) to ensure seamless Associate lifecycle processes.Support HR Projects: Participate in HR-related projects focused on areas like process automation, policy standardization, and global mobility.Maintain HR Documentation: Manage and update HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience in HR, preferably within a shared services or HR operations environment.Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Experience of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and other relevant HR technologies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and data integrity.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, whilst prioritizing work effectivelyAdditional desirable skills:Experience with specific HR software (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).Experience supporting global Associate populations.Knowledge of automation tools or AI in a business environment.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Fixed Term (9 months w/potential to extend) with 4 days per week in the London office and 1 day from home.Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:At T.
