This isn’t day-to-day—you’ll be based at one school, where you can build connections and become part of the team 💡What you’ll be doing:
🧑🏫 Leading pre-set lessons in the absence of the usual teacher
🎯 Keeping the class calm, focused, and on track
📖 Managing behaviour with confidence and fairness
🙋 Supporting students to stay engaged in learning
✏️ Feeding back to teachers and staff at the end of the dayWhat we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience working with young people—education, coaching, youth work all welcome
✔️ Strong communication and classroom presence
✔️ A flexible, ‘get stuck in’ attitude
