We’re looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a friendly primary school in the WF15 area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who need extra support to reach their full potential.🌟 Role Overview:As an LSA, you’ll work alongside teachers to support children with a variety of additional needs, including SEN and learning difficulties. Your role is key in helping pupils engage with lessons, develop new skills, and build confidence in a nurturing environment.🔑 Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN or learning challengesAssist with classroom activities and help pupils stay focused and engagedSupport children’s social and emotional development alongside academic progressHelp implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategiesCollaborate with teachers, SENCO, and parents to support pupil wellbeing and progress✅ What We’re Looking For:Experience working with children in a school or similar educational settingUnderstanding of SEN and behaviour management strategiesPatient, compassionate, and flexible approachGood communication and teamwork skillsA passion for helping every child succeed🎁 We Offer:Supportive school community and leadershipOngoing training and professional development
