  • Supporting the educational and social development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons
  • Providing one-to-one support for students with SEN
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitoring and recording student progress
  • Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support student development
Required Qualifications:
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Relevant experience working with children or individuals with SEN
  • Understanding of SEN support strategies
Education:Minimum of GCSE level education or equivalentExperience:Experience working with children or individuals with SENKnowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and empathy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Basic understanding of SEN support strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • First Aid certification
