DescriptionPosition at EF Language AbroadEF Oxford is seeking an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our facilities team as Maintenance Operative, working at our large international campus in Headington.The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.Position Details
  • Full-time - Thursday to Monday, or, Friday to Tuesday
  • 9AM to 6PM
  • Immediate start available
  • Permanent contract

  • General maintenance & repairs
  • Basic plumbing, electrics, painting & decorating
  • Furniture assembly & moving
  • Dealing with contractors regarding building issues
  • Assisting with the management of maintenance supplies
  • Updating work lists & taking a proactive approach to site management
Requirements
  • Good English communication skills and customer-facing experience
  • Flexible approach & teamwork skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a lone-working environment
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
  • Right to work in the UK at commencement of employment
