- Work closely with pupils to support their learning and development
- Assist in preparing and delivering engaging classroom and outdoor activities
- Respond to pupils' emotional and physical needs with compassion and professionalism
- Play a central role in helping pupils overcome challenges and celebrate successes
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
- A Full UK Driving Licence (our rural location makes this essential)
