Care Recruitment Consultant Temp & Perm DeskSalary: £27,000 £30,000 DOE + Uncapped CommissionLocation: Newcastle Under LymeWe're looking for an experienced Care Recruitment Consultant whos ready to take ownership of their own desk and drive it forward. This role covers both temporary and permanent placements in the care sector. This is your desk you'll have the freedom to grow it, with full support from our Business Development Manager and a Director with 20+ years care sector experience. No territory restrictions, no micromanagement just clear KPIs, trust, and the tools you need to succeed.What you'll be doing:Running a full 360 desk business development, candidate sourcing, and compliance. Building and maintaining strong, long-term client and candidate relationships. Driving growth across both temp and perm markets. Managing your desk independently while hitting agreed KPIs.What were looking for:Proven experience in care sector recruitment (temp and/or perm). A self-starter with the drive to succeed and the discipline to manage their own desk. Someone passionate about relationship building and delivering great service.
