
Recruitment Administrator

- Manage and update recruitment systems and data trackers with a high level of accuracy, ensuring information is consistently up-to-date, accessible, and clearly communicated;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contacts (e.g. headhunters and candidates) to collate feedback and provide timely updates to the team;
- Coordinate and circulate documents (e.g. CVs, summaries, interview packs) across internal and external stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner;
- Work closely with our Legal Project Management team to support the build and implementation of a new online recruitment platform;
- Provide end-to-end administrative support to the Senior Partner Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Assistant, including interview scheduling and inbox management;
- Act as the first point of contact for queries in the recruitment inbox, ensuring all correspondence is handled efficiently and directed appropriately.
- Previous experience in an administrative, recruitment or customer service role within a professional services or corporate environment;
- Technically proficient with confidence working across multiple systems and tools (experience with applicant tracking systems or Excel would be a bonus);
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills - you take pride in getting things right the first time;
- Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and uses initiative to solve problems and improve processes;
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders professionally and respectfully;
- An interest in recruitment and talent processes, with a desire to learn and grow within a high-performing, collaborative team;
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, especially during busy periods.
