I am working alongside a civils contractor who are looking to strengthen their team with a Working Foreman based on a large Civils site in DorsetYou will report directly to the Site Manager and your role will involve administrative and control of all site resources required along with general site dutiesKey Responsibilities:
  • Awareness of the need to satisfy customer requirements with the aim of enhancing the customers’ perception and satisfaction.
  • Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with C.D.M. Regulations
  • Assist in the preparation of construction programmes, preparation of Method Statements, Action Plans and Risk Assessments.
  • Implement the latest H & S regulations and legislation.
  • Ensure all labour, plant and materials are procured in a timely manner to ensure delivery of the contract programme.
About The CandidateIdeally, you’ll have experience in working on large water/wastewater construction sites as a Working Foreman or Supervisor as well as:
  • CSCS Card
  • SMSTS
  • CPCS Telehandler Certification
  • Blue Water Hygiene Card
