- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, acting as the key relationship manager for their day-to-day tax affairs.
- Deliver high-quality corporate tax advisory services, helping clients navigate the evolving UK and international tax landscape.
- Oversee corporation tax compliance, tax accounting, and reporting, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Identify new opportunities to solve client challenges, working closely with internal specialists across tax, legal, and accounting functions.
- Develop and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
- Stay ahead of legislative and regulatory changes, advising clients on risk management and compliance best practices.
- Support business development efforts through networking, referrals, and client relationship management.
β Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax compliance and advisory, with an interest in tax technology and automation.
β Proven ability to build strong client relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
β Experience leading and managing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
β A collaborative and commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
β Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
