aka Recruitment are proud to be working with a prestigious client of ours to bring you this Vehicle Service Technician role based in Wakefield. Working hours will cover Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, with overtime available on Saturdays on a 1 in 4 basis. Salary basic is starting at £31k with an achievable OTE on top able to hit £37kJob Duties Include:
  • Servicing and repairs on a range of brands
  • Removal and refitting of mechanical components
  • Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer standards
  • Ensure all equipment and workshop is maintained and cleaned
  • Carrying out of inspections on a range of vehicles
  • All work that is completed and carried out is within safe working practices
  • Carry out Diagnostics and repairs to the highest industry standards
Requirements:
  • Qualified at Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds)
  • MOT Testing licence is again advantageous but not essential (Salary will be reflected if you have an MOT licence)
  • Own tools
  • Full Licence with no more than 6 points
