- Manage and oversee the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor cash flow and budgeting processes to maintain financial stability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals align with operational objectives.
- Take ownership of AP and AR processes
- Proven experience in financial management within the Hotel or Hospitality industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, temporary role.
- Have good initiative and confidence to take ownership and hit the ground running!
- 3-month interim contract
- Competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 salary hourly equivalent
- 1-stage interview with the GM
- Central support available, but you'll be the key finance lead on-site
- 5 days on site in Leeds City Centre
