The Treasury Manager will be a key contributor within Treasury department, responsible for leading a team and the daily management of all European banking operations. You will overseeing payments and work closely with the Director of Treasury to support with cash-flow forecasting, the maintenance of banking relationships and the management of the investment portfolios.
  • Support the Head of Treasury in strategic decision-making regarding European Union banking regulations and practices for SMEs, ensuring an effective banking infrastructure is established.
  • Managing the opening and closing of bank accounts, merchant, and service-user numbers as needed.
  • Maintaining a professional rapport with BACS and staying updated on current user guides and regulations.
  • Managing cash-flows and daily cash positions across all European entities to aid management decisions regarding short- and long-term cash flow management.
  • Assisting in investment accounting reconciliation between custody accounts and the General Ledger, updating ledgers for accrued interest, custody fees, and daily placements.
  • Contribute to the ongoing implementation of the Treasury Management System (TMS)
  • Contribute to the ongoing development initiatives.

  • Proficient in European banking regulations and practices,
  • Exposure to Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation.
  • Prior experience in the insurance sector would be advantageous.
  • Holding an ACT qualification.
  • Expertise in front office treasury functions, encompassing the daily oversight of group cash management and forecasting
