  • Assemby of products
  • Working with small, intricate components
  • Using hand tools and magnification equipment (full training provided)
  • Carrying out quality checks
  • Following detailed instructions
  • Meeting production targets
  • Keeping your workspace clean and adhering to health & safety policies
  • Adapting flexibly to different tasks and work areas
What we're looking for:
  • Excellent attention to detail and dexterity for small components
  • Calm and focused under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Positive team-player with good communication skills
  • Previous experience as an assembly operative, production operative, or similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • This role would be great for anyone who has a hobby that involves working with small parts - crafters, model painters, nail technicians, jewellery makers, watch repairers, electronics hobbyists, model train enthusiasts, knitters, embroidery or cross-stitchers, scale model builders, miniature painters, beading enthusiast etc!
