- Proven experience leading and managing telesales/sales teams
- Proven experience selling technical products to an audience including installers, electricians, engineers etc.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Previous experience managing outbound campaigns or lead generation programs
- Experience supporting marketing-driven campaigns and reporting on conversion metrics
