
Finance Administrator

- Raise purchase requisitions and process orders for marketing and cost centres
- Track and manage marketing expenditure using Excel and internal systems
- Support brand teams with budget planning and phasing
- Manage good receipt and invoice process, also managing blocked invoices
- Create and process ICO forms for payments in
- Liaise with finance, procurement, and marketing teams to resolve queries and handling reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards
- Assist with invoice management and vendor creation
- Lead with training and coaching of new budget holders in key processes
- Provide accurate financial information to non-financial colleagues
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with numbers
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
- Recent graduates or candidates with some finance/admin experience are encouraged to apply
