This is a pivotal role within our People Operations team, where you'll support Mewsers throughout their journey - from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. You'll be the go-to expert for employee lifecycle management, payroll data, policy interpretation, and compliance, while also collaborating on projects that make life at Mews even better.Once the candidate agrees with the Mews offer, you take over the process from the recruiters and guide future New Hires on their on-boarding journey: including data and information collection, help with contract creation and internal enrollments. During the employment with Mews, you will be the first point of contact for any queries and also the one executing the changes in employment contract. Shall the Mewser leave to pursue a career opportunity outside of Mews you will guide them through the off-boarding process.People Team Service management - You will be a key point of contact for all Mewsers, answering queries and help interpret Mews policies, guidelines and local labor legislation. You will also prepare documents for employees or respective institutions as needed.People Team Programs Delivery Support - You will support your People Team colleagues with communication, execution and follow up activities related to People team Projects and Programs.Data integrity - This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key decisions. As a member of the People Operations team will provide coverage and support as needed and receive guidance and escalation support from extended People team.Policies and Processes -Responsible for updates to the current employee guidelines and other people policies and procedures for the organization and maintaining knowledge of legal and government regulations.Ad hoc exciting projects - Perform other related responsibilities duties as assigned.Communication with other departments and external providers - Cooperation with other departments and external services providers (benefits, medical providers, etc.) and updating the appropriate platforms with new hires/leavers information is a standard part of the role.Payroll input on monthly basis - Preparing the input for monthly payroll validation and making sure the information in our systems is correct and reflects all the changes applicable in given month.   • Experience with employee lifecycle management (onboarding, employee data changes, payroll data collection, contract creation, benefits administration, offboarding, immigration)
  • Solid understanding of labor law legislation (EU legislation preferred) and its interpretation within company culture
  • Experience with data management in Workday HRIS.
  • Basic project management understanding
  • Fluent English (local language is an advantage)
