Some flexibility required.Finance Director required for a well-established and expanding business. The role will suit those looking for an autonomous where you can make an impact on the success of the business.The Successful Finance Director will be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW). You will have impeccable timekeeping and able to work to tight deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills and able to present information. You will be highly IT literate, particularly with Excel. Those with experience of R&D working papers, strong working knowledge of Sage 200 or knowledge of IFRS standards will be at a significant advantage.The Finance Director Role:
- Preparation of management accounts.
- Month end reporting and analysis both on local and national level.
- Preparation of local finance reporting requirements and dealing with any queries from management and group team.
- Ensuring all HMRC reporting is filled correctly.
- Management of the Cashflow and its production.
- Liaising with external advisors for any Audit and tax requirements.
- Preparation of Year End Accounts for external audit.
- Management of the finance team.
- Management and understanding of all operating systems leading through to finance.
- Responsible for all Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Preparation of budgets and forecasting.
- Ensure all finance procedures are kept up to date and aligned to National procedures.
- Provide finance support for other departments.
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW) and operated at a senior level.
- Impeccable timekeeping and able to work to deadlines.
- You will have excellent communication skills and able to present information.
- You will be highly IT literate, particularly with Excel.
