- Managing property sales from instruction through to completion
- Conducting viewings and securing offers
- Negotiating sales and maintaining client relationships
- Working to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Providing outstanding customer service to buyers and vendors
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in tenancy administration, lettings, or property management
- Solid understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities professionally and efficiently
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Personable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as part of a small team
