This role is responsible for managing the full customer sales cycle for direct-to-site enquiries, ensuring outstanding service delivery, accurate data management, and fostering long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales enquiries by phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring accuracy in data and order processing.
- Promote products, campaigns, and upselling opportunities.
- Share customer and market insights with colleagues to support business development.
- Use CRM and project tracking tools effectively to manage opportunities.
- Achievement of sales and margin targets
- Customer retention and account growth
- Conversion rates of enquiries to orders
- Accuracy in order processing
- Product mix and utility KPIs
- Proven experience in internal sales, customer service, or account management
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
