  • Providing support on carbon, sustainability, and net zero for our existing portfolio of major infrastructure projects and strategic clients.
  • Supporting the development of innovative carbon and sustainability strategies, designs, solutions, and management plans.
  • Project manage and coordinate sustainability inputs on major infrastructure projects.
  • When required, represent the company at external networks and continue to build their personal, team and company reputation.
  • Support bid proposals, helping to author our submissions and ensuring win themes are retained throughout.
  • Although this is a nationwide opportunity, candidates that can be based out of one of our offices in either London, Manchester or Bristol will be given preference.
What you can bring:
  • You will be educated to degree level in an environmental / engineering related discipline and will be registered with a recognised relevant professional body.
  • Prior experience and up to date knowledge in some of the following is required: Carbon accounting / reporting, decarbonisation/net zero roadmaps, sustainability assessments, whole life carbon, sustainability reporting, sustainability strategy, renewable energy feasibility studies, supply chain engagement.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including technical specialists at different levels.
  • Have strong report writing, communication and presentation skills which can be tailored to a range of audiences, seniorities, and technical competencies.
  • Understand UK sustainability and carbon guidance and standards used within infrastructure, such as the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and PAS2080.
