- Reporting to the supervisor, your role will be to deal with new and regular customers on the phone, to handle service enquiries
- You may also be allocated to help in the warehouse to prepare customer orders for delivery by our team of drivers.
- Handling both incoming and outgoing sales calls and dealing with customer queries and complaints in friendly and professional manner
- Being able to match products and services to a customer's needs, in turn providing an effective and efficient service
- to be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and offering high quality customer service to customers
- a clear telephone voice and good telephone manner are essential.
- Many of our customers are older people, so you will need to be an excellent communicator, with good customer service skills
- to have attention to details, patience, accuracy, ability to meet sales goals and data entry skills are required.
- to be IT literate with Microsoft word & excel skills, although not essential.
- Working knowledge of SAP system would be an added advantage.
