There may also be occasions where you are required to support students in providing personal and intimate care as some of the students need assistance with everyday activities. You will establish mutually respectful and supportive relationships with the students. The role will be both challenging and rewarding and although experience of working with secondary school-aged students would be an advantage, it is not essential: they would consider personality and commitment of the utmost importance.
