
Youth Support Worker

- Provide consistent care and emotional support to children and young people aged 8-18
- Lead and participate in outdoor activities including hiking, canoeing, mountain biking, and bushcraft
- Support daily routines and promote positive behaviour and independence
- Work collaboratively with therapists, teachers, and support staff as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Help young people develop confidence, communication, and life skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
- Interest in outdoor education or adventure-based learning
- Emotional resilience, patience, and a calm, supportive presence
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Must be 21 or over, hold a full UK Driving Licence, and have the right to work in the UK
- Full training and career development - including funded Level 3 Children & Young Person's Care qualification
- Outdoor activity certifications - kayaking, climbing, mountain biking, and more
