- Assist the Lettings Manager in maximising branch profit

- Support the team and manage daily operations as needed
- Proven experience in residential lettings (Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer level or above)
- Extensive listing and valuation background
- Strong understanding of the lettings process
- Target-driven with a strong track record of achievement
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Professional appearance and telephone manner
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of the Bristol area (preferred)
