CML stores and delivers a wide variety of food products across the ambient and chilled temperature ranges, while it also offers a series of added value solutions to their clients.In addition to recruiting experienced Class 1 drivers, we are now also hiring Newly Qualified Class 1 Drivers to join our Transport team in CML Lutterworth on a Full time and permanent basis.Shift Pattern and Salary:
  • Friday-Tuesday 00:30am-04:30am start window - Base salary of £43,948 per annum.
  • 4 on 4 off shift - 10:00am-14:00pm start window - Base salary of £31,982 per annum.
Your start time will vary with the needs of the business within the agreed above start window.In addition to the above, you will receive the following:
  • Enhanced compensation for working over 11 hour shifts (in addition to your basic salary)
  • Flexible start windows and premiums paid (in addition to your basic salary)
  • Night out allowances when applicable.

  • Delivery of palletised chilled goods.
  • Delivery of Cages / Baskets
  • Ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
  • Adhere to Road Safety Regulations and company policies.
  • Client collections.
  • We can offer a fleet of new trucks, typically less than two years old.
Qualifications
  • We are now in a position to accept New Pass Driver, pending a successful interview and assessment.
  • LGV/HGV C+E (Class 1) Driving Licence
  • Valid Driver CPC and Tacho Card.
