  • Dealing with customers in the showroom on a face to face basis and also phone and email
  • Taking time to go over their needs and wants for their bathrooms
  • Suggest products, styles and colours to suit the customer needs
  • Complete designs and quotes for customers
  • Building relationships with trade customers to guarantee future sales
  • Seeing all processes through from start to finish and dealing with any after sales issues that may arise.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm and occasional Saturday's once fully trained 08.00am – 12.00pmAnd here’s what we’d like you to have:Previous bathroom showroom knowledge would be great but not necessary as training will be provided.Excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction.Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms.Ability to discuss a customer’s ideas, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to match products to the customer needs.Computer literate.We look forward to receiving your application!
