PDI Mechanical Inspector RequiredKey ObjectivesYour key responsibilities will be to complete all final finish checks on each product ensuring each trailer is completed to specifications and complies with all legalities and type approval. This role is suited to someone with prior experience and knowledge or trailers/bodies.Roles and Responsibilites
  • Ensuring each product is completed to specification
  • Perform quality checks on finished products
  • Final inspections of finished product before customer presentation and delivery
  • Ensure every product meets type approval
  • Send quality report for each individual finished product
  • Maintaining a safe working environment at all times
  • Adhering to Health and Safety rules and regulations
  • Maintain production area housekeeping
  • Minimise waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently
Requirements
  • Hands on manufacturing experience within the trailer industry
  • Organised, proactive and self motivated individual
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to ensure production output target and quality is maintained
  • Skillset of using various hand tools

Monday to Friday
