- Early finish Fridays! Shifts Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Fridays 8.30am to 2.30pm
- Conduct cold and warm calls to target small to medium businesses and introduce TakePayments' products and services.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients over the phone.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for further engagement.
- Schedule appointments for our field agents by understanding the client's needs and aligning them with our solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Minimum of 1 year of telemarketing or cold calling experience with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
- Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently at home.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Resilience and persistence in a high-pressure sales environment.
