- Managing property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters.
- Handling commercial litigation, with opportunities to specialise further.
- Receiving high-quality work referrals from commercial and residential property teams, charities, and sector specialists.
- Engaging with a diverse client base, including businesses, charities, housing associations, and individuals with substantial assets.
- This role is open from NQ - 5 PQE. The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong client relationship skills, demonstrating professionalism and clear communication.
- Litigation experience gained either during your training contract or post qualification
- Be enthusiastic and committed to growing their expertise
- Show initiative and drive, contributing to the team's reputation in the market.
