- Be responsible for staff management, care plans, reviews, and meetings
- Undertake assessments of other staff and review care packages
- Build and maintain rapport with staff, residents, their families, and all external bodies
- Competitive salary of £23.50- £24.50p/h
- 44 hours per week and 11 hours of supernumerary time per week
