- Shape and lead our PR strategy making sure Dishoom remains front-of-mind across cultural, lifestyle and industry press, while ensuring our external PR agency delivers high-quality, consistent coverage across restaurants, delivery, products, partnerships and openings.
- Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors and tastemakers, ensuring Dishoom's voice is heard in the right places and with the right tone.
- Develop standout brand partnerships from spotting opportunities, co-creating activations that enhance Dishoom's cultural credibility.
- Collaborate with creative partners, community groups and South Asian collectives, ensuring all partnerships feel meaningful.
- Own our influencer strategy by building relationships with creators, leading on gifting and seeding, and turning influencers into true advocates through thoughtful and creative storytelling.
- Guide the direction of Dishoom's social media prioritising channel innovation, content and growth strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.
- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking trends, platform updates and emerging formats, making sure Dishoom is an early adopter and not a follower.
- Work cross-functionally with wider teams to ensure all comms, campaigns and collaborations are rolled out cohesively and with strong brand storytelling.
- You've worked in a similar role before, ideally in PR, brand partnerships, creative campaigns, or cultural collaborations, and know what it takes to bring ambitious ideas to life (min 7-10 years experience).
- You're highly organised, with a knack for keeping lots of plates spinning at once.
- You understand how different content works across different channels, and can confidently support projects that stretch across social, email, PR and web.
- You're creatively-minded, always thinking about what makes a good story, a good partnership, or a good piece of content.
- You've got a love for culture, community and connection, and a nose for emerging voices, ideas and trends.
- You're fascinated by South Asia and excited by all-things Bombay.
