- Provide support to frontline officers and handle various operational activities.
- Log incidents and communicate with relevant teams swiftly.
- Prioritise calls and alarms, resolving or escalating, as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases efficiently.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports for the technical services department. ππ
- Experience in customer service, ideally within a busy call centre or control room.
- Strong IT skills for navigating different systems and databases.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, adapting to diverse audiences.
- Ability to handle urgent situations and individuals under pressure.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including nights. ππ
