This is a brilliant opportunity to take on a varied role and develop your skills within a supportive team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with current regulations.Manage client accounts, including bank reconciliations and financial reporting.Assist in preparing accounts up to the trial balance stage.Communicate with clients and HMRC on various financial matters.Provide support for the day-to-day operations of the practice.What Experience is Required?A strong background in accounting, with a good understanding of VAT and the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).Experience using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks.Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Salary & BenefitsThe role offers a salary of up to £40,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.LocationThis is an office-based role located in Gravesend.
