KS1/ KS2 PPA TeachersWe are recruiting for a Primary Teachers to work on a temporary supply basis covering PPA cover across Primary Schools in Wigan.Could this be the role for you?
Join our mission to Make Life Kind in the classroom and beyond…Milk Education are working exclusively with a number of Primary Schools in Wigan to support them with their PPA cover needs on a weekly basis. We are looking for KS1/ KS2 PPA Teachers to work on an ad-hoc basis ranging from 2-5 days per week depending on when you are available.This KS1/ KS2 PPA Teacher role is working Monday to Friday 08:30am- 16:00pm. The role of a KS1/ KS2 PPA Teacher is to work across all year groups covering PPA as and when required to do so. You will be given a time-table to follow each day or each week and you will work closely with the class Teachers and Support Staff whilst undertaking PPA.Why choose Milk?

  • Teaching the children in class, ensuring they complete their work
  • Guiding children through the curriculum and marking working
  • Managing behaviour
  • Upholding school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons
Non-negotiables:
  • You must have relevant experience teaching pupils
  • Hold QTS
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Be passionate and understanding
  • Have confidence in managing classes of pupils
  • Excellent organisational skills to keep on top of marking and lesson planning
  • Good communication skills
